OUR APPROACH
Every aspect of our program is designed to create powerful, intentional, and sustainable ministry programs that create lasting change. We work with local church leaders, who are positioned for maximum influence
in their communities. They receive powerful hands-on training for learning how to conduct community events aimed specifically at children and parents.
Because we believe in the power of impacting families, we focus our Child Impact Program to be appealing to children and foster an environment welcoming to parents. This provides pathways for building bridges between the church and the community and strengthens relationships.

What We Do
OUR PROGRAMS
TRAINING
This program is for church leaders of any age looking to grow in their abilities and gain new skills. The training strengthens leadership skills in organization, communication (preaching and teaching), teamwork, commitment, discipline, working with structure, and creating a greater passion for ministry, missions, and evangelism overall.
CHILD IMPACT
Powerful weekly evangelistic programs that bring the community together. These programs are led by the leaders who receive the training. These engaging, educational, Biblically-based programs touch hearts and teach God’s truth using a modern and participative approach. The program is geared towards children, but many parents and adults are actively involved and thoroughly enjoy it. This program acts as a foot-in-the-door for everything else we do.
GENERATIONAL CHANGE
We know that real change first begins in the home. In knowing this, the programs we use are all meant to facilitate relationship building with others. We want parents and all community members to feel included and valued. Our programs are all designed to lift families up and support them in the growth process. Through our Parents, Partnership, and Positioning program, we provide mentorship, parenting classes, leadership development, and training programs.
NUTRITION
We provide meals for community-wide feeding programs for children and care packages for families. These occur on both a community and personal level for individual families.
JOB CREATION
As a means to lift families out of physical poverty, our job training program works with families that participate in our weekly Child Impact Program. This supports their current business by providing grants and training seminars to help meet their most immediate needs and provides training on topics relevant to small business entrepreneurship. We also provide investment capital and training to create new small businesses, to be an ease to the day-to-day struggles that poverty brings.
SCHOLARS
A child and youth program consisting of entertaining and engaging educational programming. It is geared towards teaching new skills and provides hands-on training and activities. This brings the opportunity to experience new things right within the communities where they live.
