CREATE CONNECTION
Our mission is to train and equip ministry leaders to do child and family outreach programs that create opportunity, connection, and change within the communities they live in.
Opportunity
Where there are needs, there are also opportunities for them to be met. We cannot meet those needs if we are not close to them. This is why our focus is on creating opportunities that confront those needs and help to address them. Our programs focus on global areas that face increased challenges due to their location. Bringing these opportunities right to where the people live creates accessibility to things they would normally never have.
CONNECTION

Each of our programs is meant to be a tool to create and strengthen connections between children and their families with the local church.
CHANGE
For each opportunity, and through every connection, the goal is to see lives changed. Our mission is to create lasting change in the lives of everyone that we work with, whether a leader, a child, or their family members. With each person developed and encouraged, the community itself begins to be a reflection of that change.

OUR FOCUS
Generation Changers aims to create lasting generational change. To do this, our focus is on developing children and their families by leading community-based programs.
At Generation Changers we see the power that comes when people unite for the common good of helping others. Our objective is to support families who are looking for hope, encouragement, direction, and a feeling of being supported by others.
We know that the equipping of leaders to connect and positively influence their people brings about powerful impact and the ability to meet needs. This is attainable when we equip leaders with the tools and training to do so.

OUR VALUES
Cultivate Missions
We know there are so many people waiting to hear about the Good News of Jesus Christ,
and that they are just waiting for someone to bring it to them. It is with great urgency that
we feel compelled to seek out and reach those with the greatest needs.
“For the Son of Man came to seek
and to save the lost.” Luke 19:10
Encourage Service
There is such power behind simple acts of service. Our passion is to serve others in such a way, that Christ’s love and compassion can be seen and felt through our actions. “Just as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mathew 20:28
Equip Believers
To provide leaders with the tools they want and need to reach their communities is one of
our greatest joys.
“That the servant of God may be complete,
equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:17
Love for Those in Need
We are compelled by the love of Jesus to minister and assist those with the greatest needs. We don’t shy away from the needs of others, we run towards them, with arms wide open, offering kindness and solutions. “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done.” Proverbs 19:17
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe that God is the eternal Father and Creator of all things. Genesis 1:1
We believe that God created man in His image, but that Adam and Eve rebelled against God introducing sin into this world. Ever since then, all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Genesis 1:27, Romans 5:12, Romans 3:23
We believe that Jesus Christ died for the sins of the entire world and freely offers salvation to all who call on and put faith in Him. He is the only way to heaven and the only name that can be called upon to gain eternal life. John 3:16, Acts 4:12
We believe that anyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved, and that people need to hear of Jesus in order to be able to call on Him. Romans 10:13,14,15
We believe that God’s desire is for Jesus Christ to be both Savior and Lord of our lives. As a result, we need to die to ourselves, forsake all, and follow Him. We should be who He wants us to be, do what He wants us to do, and go where He wants us to go.
Romans 10:9, Luke 14:27, Isaiah 6:8
We believe that Jesus Christ sent the Holy Spirit to empower us to do the things that He did. Just as the Father sent His Son into the world, now He sends us to be His ambassadors to a lost and hurting world. The Holy Spirit gives us gifts and helps us to bear Christ’s nature in order to carry out God’s will. Acts 1:8, John 20:21, 1 Cor. 12:11,12
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the standard by which we should live. 1 Timothy 3:16
We believe that love sums up the law. Our life’s goal is to love God with all that we are and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Matthew 22:37‐39, John 13:35
We believe that every believer in the world makes up a part of the body of Christ and that God’s will is for His church to be unified. John 17:23
We believe that the Gospel is Good News of the love of God and the saving, transforming power of Jesus Christ. It is the responsibility of every member of the Church to carry the light of that Good News into the entire world as a testimony to all nations. Matthew 24:14 & 28:18‐20
